News for November 2006

So, it has been a long time since my last entry. Sales are starting to pick up again. It seems like sales numbers are up. I get more out of state buyers than in. With winter here sales will slow until after Thanksgiving, then it will pick up again. The big rush happens on January 1, almost every year.
The best time to buy is in December, all of the new home builders are offering encentives and discounts that are almost 20% off! This all goes away on January 1, I seem to get almost constant emails from builders around Christmas and Thanksgiving about these incentives. So what is currently going on with me and the family?
We seem to be very busy this year, Kristen is in College at UCCS, Jordan is working very hard this year at CHS Football, Jacob is doing awesome, I think his grades are better than everyone in the house! We are going on vacation in December aroudn the 15th and will be back for Christmas. I hope to hear from more of you this year, rather than crickets during Winter again.....
